This case highlights the complexities of performing total hip replacement in a young 20-year-old male with a history of failed pediatric surgeries for developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). The patient presents with an underdeveloped acetabulum and prior periprosthetic infection. His history of failed surgeries resulted in limb length discrepancy and severe acetabular dysplasia, posing significant challenges for revision total hip arthroplasty.
