The patient, who also exhibited gingival smile and biprotrusion, underwent orthognathic surgery with a 12mm advancement of the pogonion, combined with mentoplasty. To ensure precise outcomes, a 3D-printed resin model of the mandible was used, followed by intraoperative shaping of the chin with composite resin to match the planned contours.
