Lemuel John Tonogan, Philippines
Lemuel John M. Tonogan, MD, FPOA, is part of the consultant staff of Western Visayas Medical Center, the largest medical center in Region VI, Philippines. He also serves as an attending Orthopedic Surgeon in Antique and Iloilo. He obtained his medical degree from West Visayas State University – College of Medicine in 2015 and completed his Orthopedics residency in 2020; currently pursuing Spine Fellowship Training at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, Cebu City. He aims to enhance his expertise in spine surgery to address the shortage of specialized physicians in his home province.
Mehmet Cetinkaya, Turkey
Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Cetinkaya, a seasoned orthopedic and spine surgeon, brings over 12 years of expertise to his practice. Specializing in scoliosis and other deformities, degenerative spine diseases, and endoscopic fully closed disc surgery for lumbar herniation, he completed his medical training at the Dokuz Eylul Faculty of Medicine in 2010. Driven by a commitment to excellence, he combines innovative techniques with compassionate care to deliver optimal outcomes for his patients.
